Returns & Exchanges

At iHeartRaves, we want you to feel confident and radiant in your festival gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and liners attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
