When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak festival seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your look! We accept returns on unworn items with original tags and liners intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like face masks and earrings are final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
Since festival wear can be form-fitting, we recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to rave fams all over the world! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We strive to get your gear to you as fast as possible, which means we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address and items before confirming.
